CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

    If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on Cancellation and refund.

    The following terms are applicable for any products or services that You purchased with Us.

    The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

    For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

    1. Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Vedic Astrology Research Academy and Learning Institute, Flat No S1, Thakkarsh Villa, Srinivasa Achari Street, Perambur, Chennai – 600011. Tamil Nadu, India.
    2. Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the website.
    3. Service refers to specific online services offered on the website.
    4. Orders mean a request by You to purchase a Good or service from Us.
    5. Website refers to Varaali, accessible from https://varaali.com/
    6. You, mean the individual accessing or using the website, Goods or Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
    Order Cancellation Rights
    1. You are entitled to cancel Your service order up to 48 hours before the time of service with 100% refund.
    2. You are also entitled to cancel Your service order up to 24 hours before the time of service with only 100% refund
    3. Any Cancellation passing the 24 hours criteria before the time of service is ineligible for any refund.
    4. You will not be refunded if you were unable to be present during the time of the service or after the particular service have been made.
    5. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
    6. We will be unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the order or proof of the service

    We will reimburse You no later than 7 business days from the day on which You cancelled the order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

    Only regular priced services may be refunded. Unfortunately, services that are on special sales cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
